  • Camilla, yoga teacher and founder of Tribe Flow Studio in Cork City

    Camilla

    Founder & Yoga Teacher

Camilla is a yoga and breathwork teacher with a background in psychology and over a decade of lived experience and trainings. She is deeply devoted to helping people reconnect with their bodies in a meaningful and empowering way. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing begins when we feel safe enough to listen inward, and when we meet our bodies not with judgment, but with compassion, curiosity, and care.

Drawing on both her academic background and her own journey of transforming her relationship with body, emotions, and inner voice, Camilla creates a calm, supportive space where students can slow down, arrive in to the present moment, and reconnect with themselves. Her teaching weaves pranayama, mudra, and asana with intuitive guidance, always attuned to each person’s pace and needs. With warmth, humor, and deep respect for the body’s natural rhythms, she helps students shift from ‘doing’ into ‘feeling,’ regulate the nervous system, still a busy mind, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection to both body and life.

She is certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Therapeutic Pregnancy Yoga, Energy Medicine Vinyasa Krama Yoga Therapy, and advanced pranayama and breathwork. Her additional trainings in Theta Healing, Bio Energy Healing, and Body Confidence Coaching allows her to support students across the physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

Camilla’s group classes and private sessions are especially supportive for those navigating stress, demanding professional roles, restless sleep, or a sense of disconnection from daily life. She also offers holistic women’s yoga and pregnancy yoga, reminding women of the wisdom and strength they already hold within.

For Camilla, movement is not about fixing, forcing, or perfecting, rather, it’s about feeling, remembering, and returning to yourself. Whether you are rebuilding a connection with your body, seeking emotional balance, or simply wishing to move more mindfully, Camilla offers a welcoming and grounded space to explore what becomes possible when we turn inward with curiosity and kindness.

  • Early morning power yoga cork city. Small group yoga classes Cork City. Yoga near me. Nervous system regulation, mobility, flexibility, and strength. Stress management. Overall wellbeing. Mental health support.

    Emily

    Yoga Teacher

Emily is a yoga teacher based in Cork with a background in music and music education. She is passionate about connecting with her students and bringing the benefits of regular yoga practice to as many people as possible.

Emily began her yoga journey in 2016, but it wasn't until the Covid restrictions and lockdowns in 2020/2021 that she really discovered how much she needed this practice in her life. It was also around this time she felt the calling to become a yoga teacher herself. In 2024 she made this dream a reality and embarked on her 200Hr Yoga Teacher Training with Himalaya Yoga Valley, graduating in Cork in July of 2025 after completing the hybrid course.

The combination of the yin and yang elements of yoga practice are what inform Emily's teaching style the most - that yoga can be a tool to give space, bring calmness and stillness, but also to create heat, strength and power. These elements work in harmony, and she believes there is always a yoga practice to suit one's body and the energy one has brought with them on any given day.

The biggest message Emily wants to impart on yoga students is this; it doesn't matter what you look like, what your pose looks like, or how flexible you are - it matters that you move your body with love and intention, and do what feels right in your body to give it what it needs.
