Tribe is where community and movement come together - warm, welcoming, and rooted in connection.

Our Story

Tribe Flow Studio was born from a desire to create more than just a place to practice yoga - it was about building a community. After years of traveling, Camilla longed for a space where people could come together, feel at home, and connect. It all began in 2022 with yoga classes in Fermoy when Camilla arrived in Ireland, bringing people together to move, breathe and connect.

Movement has the power to transform both body and mind. Whether through yoga, alternative movement practices, or dance, Tribe is a space where people can move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. Camilla witnessed firsthand how these practices not only support physical and mental well-being but also foster a deep sense of community.

At Tribe our teachers truly care, our studio feels cosy and inviting, and every class is taught from the heart.

We hope you find a home here and love it as much as we do.

“Yoga is a practice available to all of us in every unfolding moment. It’s far more than just physical postures; it’s a lifelong journey of self-discovery and inner growth.”

About Camilla

Camilla is a yoga and breathwork teacher with a rich background in psychology and a deep commitment to healing through embodied practice. Her work is rooted in the understanding that true transformation begins when we feel safe, supported, and connected to ourselves.

With a degree in psychology and extensive training in energy healing, Camilla brings a unique, multidimensional lens to her teaching - one that honors the interplay between mind, body, and subtle energy. Offering deeply attuned support across the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of experience.

Camilla’s classes and private sessions are known for their presence, sensitivity, and depth. Whether guiding a strong breath-led flow or a deeply intentional practice, she invites her students to slow down, feel more, and cultivate a loving relationship with themselves. Her teaching encourages the development of a kind and nurturing environment within - where the body is approached with curiosity, not criticism, and movement becomes an act of care rather than correction.

Drawing on her background in psychology, Camilla creates trauma-aware, body-positive environments where all are welcome. Her approach blends intuitive insight with evidence-informed practices, supporting students in accessing inner clarity, resilience, and vitality.

Whether you’re seeking to restore your energy, reconnect with your breath, or simply move with more mindfulness and ease, Camilla offers a grounded and soulful space to explore what’s possible when we turn inward with curiosity and kindness.

Expect her classes and one-to-one sessions to feel nourishing, intuitive, empowering, and always guided by what feels right for you.
