A nourishing 2.5-hour workshop combining the insight of psychology and the grounding practices of yoga.
Facilitsted by Nicola of Gra healing with Nicola (yoga teacher & holistic practitioner) and Dr. Alice Cashman (clinical psychologist).
The festive season can bring connection, joy and warmth - but it can also stir stress, emotional fatigue, or old patterns that leave us feeling overwhelmed.
This workshop offers a gentle pause. An opportunity to reconnect with your body, mind, and emotions before the holiday rush.
Together we’ll explore:
•Practical emotional regulation tools rooted in psychology
•Mindful movement and breathwork to release tension
•Reflection practices to help you respond (not react) to stress
•Ways to cultivate calm, compassion, and balance during busy or emotional times
•A restorative practice & sound healing class to allow you space to rest & integrate.

The trees don't resist the shift, they shed their leaves with quiet grace, trusting that letting go is necessary for renewal.
This season invites us to do the same.
To slow down.
To turn inward.
To release what we’ve been carrying for too long, whether it’s tension in the body, noise in the mind, or emotional weight we no longer need.
This restorative workshop is designed as a space to honor this transition.
Through supported shapes, stillness, breath, and silence, we’ll explore what it means to let go gently, without force.
Expect slow movement, long-held supported poses, calming breath, and space to reconnect.
No striving. No forcing. Just soft, seasonal surrender. Just as the earth softens and prepares for rest, so can we.
