REST & RELEASE

A Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Workshop

Sunday 12th October 2025
12:00pm - 2:00pm

Rest & Release is a workshop designed to give your body and nervous system the deep rest they truly need and deserve. Together, we create a nurturing and supportive space to unwind, reset, and gently let go of what no longer serves us.

Through calming, fully supported restorative yoga postures—with plenty of props and blankets—we’ll slowly settle into stillness and reconnect with our bodies, inviting a sense of ease and inner quiet.

We'll close the class with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, often called “yogic sleep,” which allows your body to fully relax while your mind gently reorients toward calm and clarity.

The intention is to offer a warm, welcoming environment where your mind, body, and spirit can experience deep, rejuvenating rest.

What to wear/bring:
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable—soft clothes, cosy socks, anything that helps you feel at ease.

All props are provided, but you're welcome to bring an extra cushion or your favourite blanket to make your space even more comforting.

All levels are welcome.
