Kundalini Yoga, known as the Yoga of Awareness, focusses on awakening your life force energy through specific kriyas (sets of postures). It's designed to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system, and expand consciousness.These classes combine movement, breathwork, meditation, mantras, and relaxation, creating an immersive experience for all levels.

Therapeutic Yoga for the Nervous System

Yvonne is a Chartered Physiotherapist and Yoga Therapist who specialises in chronic and complex health conditions. Her approach is deeply respectful, nervous system-aware, and grounded in both clinical skill and lived understanding.
Beginners are welcome. No flexibility or experience required—just curiosity and a willingness to slow down. -

Blanca’s main goal is to help you feel empowered and take ownership of your own physical and mental health. Through this slow, meditative class you will learn to regulate your emotions, to light up your own inner flame and cultivate the energy and motivation to be present in our everyday lives.
These classes integrate meditation into movement. When connected to our present moment experience we can develop an inner intuition that helps us to gain clarity around what next step to take in what feels like the right direction.

Hatha Yoga - The Rishikesh Series
This is a classical Hatha Yoga practice based on the structured sequence taught at the Sivananda Ashrams. The backbone of the class remains the same each week, allowing you to build familiarity and depth over time. Within that structure, each class may include subtle variations or place more emphasis on different postures or themes—supporting both progression and embodied understanding.
You’ll move through pranayama, sun salutations, the core sequence, and a long guided relaxation to close. Between postures, there are intentional moments of stillness—pauses that help the nervous system shift between activation and rest. This rhythm is central to the practice, gradually preparing the mind to settle into deeper states of calm.
The tone is focused and meditative, with minimal talking and space for inner experience. It’s physically engaging but not fast-paced, and invites you to work with your body, not against it. -
Flow to Restore
Flow to Restore is an all-levels class that begins with a gentle, dynamic flow to build warmth, presence, and connection to the breath. Moving mindfully, we explore simple, fluid sequences that open the body and settle the mind.
As the pace slows, we shift into stillness - resting into yin inspired poses held for longer, offering space for deep release and nervous system regulation. This practice invites you to soften, unwind, and land fully in your body.
Thoughtfully sequenced to support balance, this class meets you where you are - whether you're craving movement, stillness, or a bit of both.

Expect to move with intention, explore new shapes, and maybe try something new! While open to all levels, some experience with yoga or movement will help you get the most from the class. Modifications and variations are always offered, encouraging you to move in a way that feels right for you.
