    No previous breathwork experience is needed, just a curiosity and the willingness to pause.

  • Rise & Restore

    Awaken your body and mind while dissolving morning stiffness. Begin with soft forward folds, rise into steady standing poses, and open into gentle backbends and twists. This is a Hatha Flow class which mindfully hydrates and mobilises the joints and tissues of your whole body.

    This grounding and centering practice supports physical vitality, nervous system balance, and a calm, present state of mind.
