Specialist Physiotherapy: For Pain, Fatigue & Chronic Illness

Yvonne’s therapeutic private sessions are designed to support people living with persistent pain, fatigue, or complex health challenges who are looking for a more personalised, empowering way to move and feel better in their bodies.

These 1:1 sessions are a space where your experience is heard, your needs are honoured, and your goals guide the process. Whether you’re navigating chronic illness, cognitive and physical fatigue, or long-standing pain, Yvonne works collaboratively with you to explore what feels possible - and what’s truly helpful.

Your initial session includes a conversation around your challenges, current capacity, and what you’re hoping to shift. Together, you’ll co-create a therapeutic plan grounded in science and the lived wisdom of yoga, somatic movement, and breathwork. Depending on your needs, your sessions may focus on nervous system regulation, gentle movement exploration, functional strength, or restoring trust in your body - always at your pace.

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. These sessions are adaptable, responsive, and rooted in care. The work may look like counselling, slow, breath-led movement, supported rest, simple functional mobility, or learning how to meet moments of symptom flare-up with more clarity and skill.

Yvonne brings years of expertise and a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to every session so that you can begin to feel more resourced, regulated, and connected.

  • All new patients begin with the Initial Assessment Pathway, a two-consultation structure designed to provide clarity and direction.

Your assessment is the starting point. It’s designed to be thorough with time to explore your symptoms, medical history, daily life, previous and current treatments, and your goals. With you, your therapist will create a management plan that fits your needs, grounded in movement, breathwork, and strategies that support your nervous system and energy levels.

During the second consultation of the Initial Assessment Pathway you will explore your plan and potential management options. After your assessment, you can continue with follow-up physiotherapy sessions as you begin applying your plan.

These sessions support you as you build physical capacity, symptom management, and nervous system resilience. Follow-ups are flexible and not necessarily required.
